At Submarine Playhouse, each order is handled with care as part of our independent, small-batch production process.
All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable.
However, if a digital item is accidentally purchased more than once, please reach out to us, and we will review the order and issue a refund for the duplicate purchase where applicable.
