The White Hood appears in Moon City. Her first outing-- she attacks the powerful werewolf hunter turned werewolf Sarah Silvers-- a former sidekick of Lunar Smoke.
As Lunar and Rosy come rushing in -- they are stunned by the brutality and the power of such a new mystical enemy. Fearing above all the public hysteria this will send Moon City to-- they rush to find and stop the White Hood.
